complete, opening of all tubes descaling and replacing broken/ u/s panel , fixing float valve of suitable size ,making good surface and fixing in original position, opening of water heating tank cleaning, replacing heating element of 3 x 3KWas per existing model/size and making leak proof and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. 2 S&F in replacement heating element with capacity 3/4 KW suitable or as per site requirementfor upto 1500 Ltr capacity solar water heating plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 3 M&L for MS pipe 40mm dia connecting, welding , smoothing and making leak proof and including insulation with puff slab 30mm thick with wire mesh to bound the puff and including applying CRPX compound and cladding with 24 gauge aluminium super quality sheet including clamping/ binding material as per site requirement/directed and testing entire work to be carried out providing material strictly of existing specifications and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge, including dismantling of old MS pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 Taking down existing old unserviceable puf insulation from MS pipe and M&L for insulation over a existing MS pipe of size upto 80mm dia with puff slab 30mm thick with wire mesh to bound the puff and including applying CRPX compound and cladding with 24 guage alluminium super quility sheet including clamping/ binding material, testing as per site requirment and directed by Engr-in-charge. 5 Taking down and servicing of ceiling fan1200/1400 mm sweep at siteand removing of old grease from bearing of ceiling fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt/ washer, rubber real bush, canopy alongwith all suitable items as per site requirment and reassembling the fan complete and hanging on its original/ new position as directed by Engr-in-charge.Note: MS nut bolts with split pin, Ball bearing and Gun metal bush will be paid and measured seperately. 6 Taking down and servicing of BLDC ceiling fan1200/1400 mm sweep at siteand removing of damaged / old parts i.e electronic parts, rotor, stator ,shaft including all damaged parts of BLDC Fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of parts i.e electronic parts, rotar, stator , copperwinding shaft including all damaged parts of BLDC Fan as per site requirment and reassembling the fan complete and hanging on its original/ new position as directed by Engr-in-charge. 7 Taking down and servicing / cleaning of exhaust fan 230 to 450 mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of exhaust fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt, rubber real bush, gun metal ball bearing, capacitor, split pin alongwith all suitable items as per site requirment etc andreassembling the fan complete and hanging on its original/ new position as directed by Engr-in-charge. 8 Supply only MS Nut bolts with split pin as per sample for hanging of any capacity of Ceiling Fans and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Supply only Ball bearing , Rubber shackel suitable size of ceiling fan / pedastal and exhaust-fan of any type and size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 Supply only gun metal clamp with bush suitable for ceiling fan of any type and size including removing old one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 11 Taking down and opening the body cover of ceiling fan any type and make and cutting the existingworn out winding with out damaging the stator removing the coil insulation and putting new insulation of polyster paper, winding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge with correct number of turns of auxillary and main winding and varnishing and baking complete includingsoldering new lead of copper wire testing complete including transportation to work shop and back, complete all as specified repairs as to stop leakage and replacement of rusted nuts bolts ,washers etc and scrapping of old paint and removing scales from internal & external surfaces top and bottom complete and providing two coats of synthetic enamel (hammer tone) paint by spray machine over one coat of red oxide primer including writing of MES/SM NO in 3 cm height and re fixing in existing position after greasing ,oiling and servicing of fan motors pumps and making good and serviceable condition, complete all as specified and directed byEngineer-in -Charge. 23 M&L for rewinding todesert cooler motor of450/500 mm sweep specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge 36 S&F metallic frame with set of 4 legs as per model suitable for fixing/mounting fan motor of desert cooler with nuts, bolts, rubber etc., complete all as specified and directed. 37 Servicing of Air conditioners of window/ split type of any capacity i.e 1.5/ 2 Ton by removing dirt and debries on all parts of air conditioner, washing and lubricating all moving parts complete by the manufacturer technician as directed by the Engr-In-Charge as per standard norms of the Manufacturer.Note :- 1. Lowering, dismantling, re-installing of air conditioners after reassembling the equipment in same/different position shall be included in the unit quoted rate. 2. Day to day complaints of different items should be attended within 12 hours and the equipment should be operational within 24 hours in case of Minor Complaints and within 72 hours for Major complaints.3. Failure to attend the complaint within the prescribed time shall attract a penalty of Rs 100 per day per complaint and Rs. 50 for subsequent days.4.
