Maintenance of Gardens/ Lawns area at various side at North Campus University of Delhi-110007 during 2025-26. SH:- Complete Maintenance of Prestigious Gardens/ Lawns; 1 Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having yard stick (one Acre = one Mali) in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge.(Note: - All of the above T&P shall be provided by the contractor) (Total lawn area 5.88279 acres x 4047 Sqm. = 23807.67 Sqm. x 12 Months = 285692.04 Sqm.) 2 Maintenance of potted plants in pots including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizers as applicable, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer-in-charge. 3 i) Total Cement Pots =175 Nos.x12 Months = 2100 Nos.(@ 1 Mali for 300 Nos. Cement pots) 4 ii) Total Earthen Pots = 280 Nos x12 Months3360 Nos.(@ 1 Mali for 750 Nos. earthen pots) 5 Topiary cutting/shaping of plant removing of cut materials, cleaning, hoeing of plants complete design hoeing of trees (Topiary) watering manure etc. (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the Department) and as per direction of officer in charge.Height of Topiary upto 120 cm(Nos 106 X 12 months = 1272) 6 Cutting of hedge/edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc. (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge( 2823.03 sqm X 12 months = 33876.36 sqm ) 7 Complete Maintenance of shrubs (outside garden features) jobs like making of basin at regular interval, application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of office in charge.(1080 nos x 12 months = 12960) 8 Supply and stacking of well decayed cow dung manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 25 Km. lead complete (cow dung manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for payment) 9 Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintaining the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing and disposal of rubbish as directed, including supplying good earth if needed. (The cost of sludge, manure and good earth shall be paid for separately) 10 Grassing with selection No. 1 doob grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed ( the grass and good earth shall be paid for separately). 11 Supplying & stacking of selection no. 1 doob grass turf at site fresh & free from weeds having proper roots in green including loading, unloading, carriage and all taxes paid etc. and as per direction of the officer in charge (3000/3 = 1000 sqm)
