Providing and laying insuit cement concreting 1:3:6 (i.e 1 Cement : 3 Sand: 6 Stone aggregate of size 20 mm)of trap/granite/quartzite/geniss metal for foundation and bedding bailing out water, compacting finishing uneven & honey combed surface including curing etc. complete for foundation base

Providing R.R masonry of trap/granite/quartzite/geniss stone in Cement mortar 1:6 in the foundation and plinth including leveling up to plinth level with including curing complete with lead of 500m and lift of 3m. etc for base

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone 20mm nominal size derived from aggregate natural sources)

Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level. Masonry work (first sort), in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing pavements, laid to required slope and tamping complete

Provision for transportation and installation of available MG Grill of size 02.3x01m, including , fixing in appropriate sections etc complete installation with one coat of primer complete

Provision for Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as per design and drawings

Provision for Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture
