Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of GI Ducting and Allied Works in 2nd Floor of Library Bldg. at IIT Delhi; 1 GI DUCTING: Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports, bends, tranforms, transitions, end caps, collars, etc. as required in all respect in conformation with IS:655 and as per appoved drawings and specificaions of following sheet thickness complete as required. (Ducting layout drawing and its design to be got approved by E-in-C before fabrication and erection; installation height upto 3.5 metre) 2 Thickness 0.80 mm sheet 3 Thickness 1.00 mm sheet 4 Thickness 1.25 mm sheet 5 Duct Thermal Insulation: Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminium foil of mat finish closed cell nitrile rubber (Class O) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required. 6 19 mm 7 Supply Air Grill: Supplying, Fixing, Installation, testing and commissioning ofpowder coated extruded aluminium supply air grills with aluminium volume control dampers in conformation to SMACNA / IS and as per specifications complete etc. as required. 8 Supply Air Diffuser: Supplying, Fixing, Installation, testing and commissioning ofsupply air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring and removable core in conformation to SMACNA / IS and as per specifications complete etc. as required. 9 Return Air Grill: Supplying, Fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium return air grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete in conformation to SMACNA / IS and as per specifications complete etc. as required. 10 Return Air Diffuser: Supplying, Fixing, Installation, testing and commissioning ofreturn air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluout volume control dampers with anti smudge ring and removable core in conformation to SMACNA / IS and as per specifications complete etc. as required. 11 Motorised Damper & Actuator: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of motorised (ON-OFF type) duct mounted GI volume control damper with enthalpy sensor and necessary control wire for integration within AHU room complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screw linkages, flanges, etc. in conformation to SMACNA / IS and as per specifications complete etc. as required. 12 Damper 13 Actuator 14 Fire Damper: Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of fire dampers of minimum 90 minutes fire rated in supply air duct / main branch of required sizes including control wiring; the damper shall be motorised and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal and in conformation to IS and as per specifications complete as required. 15 Fire Damper 16 Actuator 17 Acoustic Lining: Supplying and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/cum with 25 mm x 25 mm GI section of 1.25 mm thick at 600 mm centre to centre covered with reinforced plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminium sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound in conformation to SMACNA / IS and as per specifications complete as required. 18 MS Frame Work: Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm or 50 x 50 x 5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 50 x 50 x 5 mm as required or 35x 5or 50 x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. 19 Removing of existing pre-filters of AHU and fabricating, supplying and fixing of new pre-filters of washable / cleanable synthetic type on the suction side of AHU as per following specifications and size: Thickness of filter: minimum 50 mm; Efficiency: 90% down to 10 micron particle size; Material of filter frame: Aluminium; Face velocity: not to exceed 155 MPM. 20 Size: 610 mm x 610 mm x 50 mm
