Tender For Mf Road To Tikuri To Kalliya Kazimpur Road Under Special Repair In Financial Year 2025-26 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 2 Brick edging on both side of the road of first class bricks 8 cm (3) wide and 1.2 cm 4½ deep laid with mud mortor including labour and supply of bricks finished to required templete and proper aligment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by engineer-in-charge. (SI No.765) 3 Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. 4 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular /Bituminus surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 5 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. 6 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. 7 Construction of Subgrade and earthen shoulders with apporved material obtained from borrow pits with attl ifts and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2as per Tecnical Specification Clause 303.1
