Work Of Kachhla Inspection House Road (Odr) In Abadi Part Under Special Repair In Financial Year 2025-26 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, requisite type ofscreening/binding ,materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 404) 2 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. 3 Earthwork in excavation of Foundation of Structure as per drawing and technical specification,including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, deressing of sides and bottom and backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. 4 Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. 5 Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. PCC Grade M15 (1:2:4) 6 Supplying, Fitting and Placing un- coated HYSD bar Rainforced cement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification. 7 Construction of embankment with material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Carted Up to Lead Km 1).
