Tender For Construction Of Sewer Line And Recharge Well For Drainage Of Rainwater In Meghwalon Ka Bas Bandhala.; 1. Excavation of soil up to a depth of 1.5 m in foundation, trench, drain in hard, clayey, gravelly soil, compaction of the bottom, watering, arranging the sides, removing the excavated soil, filling the voids with soil again after filling the foundation and disposal of the remaining soil up to a distance of 50 m. 2. Laying/placing RCC (Reinforcement Cement Concrete) Dia 300 mm NP3 Hume pipe in a row with required slope in cement mortar in 1:2 ratio along with collars for culvert/culvert construction. (Except earth excavation, concrete and masonry work) NP-3 3. In cement concrete foundation or floor, 40 mm. Putting crushed broken stones/bricks in nominal size in cement-sand mixture in the ratio of 1 cement: 4 sand: 8 gravel and crushing them, including leveling. 4 Foundation and plinth first grade brickwork in cement-gravel mixture of 1:6, including closing the side cracks and leveling. 5 Cement plastering on the wall by mixing cement-gravel in the ratio of 1:6, scraping the joints and regular leveling for 14 days. 6 Iron work in grills/gates etc. including cutting, mounting and fixing of flat cones, T and corrugated (channel) etc. 7 Crusher gravel of 40 mm nominal size at site 8 Crusher gravel of 20 mm nominal size at site 9 Crusher gravel of 12/10/6 mm nominal size at site 10 Supplying and fixing 560 mm dia opening SFRC manhole frame and cover as per IS : 12592-2002 in existing manholes including grouting the frame in PCC M-15 complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer. 17.80.1 HD-20 SOR 22 rate 2685.00 11 Construction of tubewell after completion of drilling by rotary/percussion method upto 100 mtr depth in all type of rocks by DTH system as per IS:2800 Part1:1991 and IS:2800 PartII:1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications. The work shall be deemed completed only after obtaining and free water. Theborewell shouldhaveathroughoutnominal size bore beyond casing pipe.(PHED BSR 23-24 item no 2.3.2 Rate 1263/- 10% ded. After rate 1136.70 12 Add15%extra on above item(ItemNo2.3.1to2.3.3)for drilling depth beyond 100mtr and up to200 mtr from ground level,rate shallbe applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr.(PHED BSR 23-24 item no 2.3.4 Rate 189.45/- 10% ded.
