    Tender For Painting Work Of Head Office Building, Rsrdc Ltd., Jaipur - Providing and applying white cement based puttyover plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 2 New Plastered Surface (three or more coats) 3 Old Plastered Surface (two or more coats) 4 Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sand papering and preparing surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches by sandla/loi and all scaffolding (for colour changing only) 5 Applying one coat of Cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface including all scaffolding: 6 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: 7 Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect. 8 Old work (One or more coats ) 9 Painting exterior surface ofWallwith 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats including prepartion of base with sand papering, primer, putty,etc complete in all respect including scaffolding and safety provision 10 New work 11 Old Work 12 Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade as per approved colour complete as per manufacturers specificationsincluding primer coat and protecting coat including scaffolding and safety provision 13 Trowel Finish av. thickness 1500 to 2000 microns. 14 Applying priming coat : 15 With ready mix pink or gray primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work hard and soft wood. 16 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade : 17 Two or more coats on new work 18 One or more coats on old work. 19 French sprit polishing : 20 Two or more coats on new work including a coat of wood filler.
