Harvindar Singh, Naya Gawon Ruddarpur Road Bilaspur Under Deposit Schemejurisdiction Of Edd- Bilaspur,Rampur - Carriage of the following material from Store Centre, Rampur to work site including loading & unloading. 2 STP Pole 11 Mtr 3 33 KV XLPE Cable 3x300 Sqmm 4 33 KV Cable jointing kit 3x300 sqmm 5 Disc Insulator with fitting 6 Earthing 7 Top channel 8 Cross bracing 9 Stay set Complete 10 Conductor(Recived Back Site to Store) 11 STP Scrap(Recived Back Site to Store) 12 Iron Scrap(Recived Back Site to Store) 13 a) Single/Double support structure as required (rate given by for single pole )Excavation of foundation Pit in size of 75x45cm having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support(pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75 mm) in the Bottom of the pit. Erection of support(pole) complete with fixing of 11 KV V-type cross-Arms and other accessories by providing clamps made of MS flat of size 65x65xc6 mm with Nuts & Bolts, as per RESPO Norms. 14 11 MTR Long STP 15 Grouting of support in CC 1:4:8(cement, sand & 40 mm. brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size 45x45cmx1/6th of full length of the support upto ground level, 30 cm plinth above the ground level with CC 1:3:6 (cement, course sand and stone grit) with muffing. The work includes back filling and proper ramming etc.Single/Double support structure(rate given by for single pole ) 16 11 MTR Long STP 17 Grouting of Stay Rods(20x1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60x0.60x0.30)M in the ratio of 1:4:8(cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc. 18 Fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps. 19 Earthing of support with MS Earth Rod of (20x2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving MS Rod 3.0 M apart from support and 0.5 M below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of GI wire No. 8SWG and earthing lugs. 20 Fixing, tightening and nozelling of Disc insulator with fitting as required tension as per direction of supervising Engineer 21 laying,stringing and binding of 33 KV XLPE Cable 3x300 sqmm with the help of cable jointing kit as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 22 Digging of trench andlaying,stringing and binding of Cable as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 23 Providing and fixing Stone Pad per RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer 24 Providing and fixing Danger board as RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer 25 Providing and fixingclamp RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer 26 Providing and laying/fixing of GI Pipe 6 Dia Dead asRESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer 27 Dismentaling ofold and used Iron Scrap as RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer 28 Dismentaling ofold and used STP Pole as RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer 29 Dismentaling ofold and used conductor as RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer
