    Tender For Drier House Sugar Bag Handling Season 2025-26 - Loading empty bags received from the store into the various slots of the grader. After filling with sugar, remove them from there and bring them to the weighing scale and weigh them as per the 50 kg instructions. Stack these bags grade-wise/row-wise, marking and numbering them. In case of dryer/grader/elevator breakdown, load them into the door/elevator as per instructions. Sweeping and keeping the dryer house clean. Performing all these tasks in a manner that ensures all the slots of the grader are always empty.Filling dry seed bags and transporting them to the elevator and smelting them. Loading dirty and loose sugar stored in the dryer house into bags and transporting them to the designated location for smelting. Bringing brown sugar bags to the designated location and smelting them. After smelting the bags, tie them into bundles of 25 each and store them in the store. Melting BISS bags from warehouses 1 and 2 on the designated line. After melting the bags, make bundles of 25 each and store them in the store.Sifting the brown sugar produced from machines B and C, issuing empty bags from the store, filling them with brown sugar as per the instructions of the Chief Chemist. Weighing the brown sugar bags, taking them to the counter for weighing, numbering them, stitching the bags and storing them at the designated place.Transporting empty jute sacks from the store to the dryer and printing the bags using printing.Bringing empty HDPE bags from the store to the dryer. 500 bags per bucketTransporting sugar from the drying house to the warehouses by cart or own vehicleA- Warehouse No. 1 per bagB- Warehouse No. 2 per bagCracking the sugar lumps on the hopper; removing sugar from the hopper if the hopper is damaged and putting it back into the hopper once it is repaired; placing the wet sugar that has fallen on the hopper in the appropriate location below and melting itOnly one worker per shift
