Tender For Work Of Construction Of Air Washer Pump Foundation In Unit 09 To 13 Of Btps Obra - Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverableseparately). All works above plinth level upto floor V level 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 3 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Cold twisted bars. 4 Demolishing RCC machine foundation by portable air compressor and jack hammer in urgency including cost of services of operating staff and supply of fuel, lubricant etc. including removal of steel reinforcement inserts, frames and holding etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .Work operation shall continue day and night till completion of the work including disposal of dismantled material within 50 M.lead. 5 Demolishing of Epoxy by portable air compressor and jack hammerincluding cost of services of operating staff and supply of fuel, lubricant etc. including removal of steel reinforcement inserts, frames and holding etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .Work operation shall continue day and night till completion of the work including disposal of dismantled material within 50 M.lead. 6 Grouting of machine foundation bolts with epoxy compound and coarse sand in proportion of ( 1 epoxy resin : ½ hardener : 6 coarse sand ) including chipping ,cleaning of RCC base surface including cost of all material ,labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, basas of coloumns etc. for mass concrete. 8 Grouting of foundaion bolt/base plate with conbextra G.P.2 cement including chipping/cutting of packet up to bottom insert thoroughly cleaning it and repairing with conbextra GP2 morter after provinding proper shuttering work as per direction of engineer-in charge 9 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Cold twisted bars.(Steel shall be provided by the department.) 10 Dismantling steel work in built up sectionsin angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. 11 Structuralsteelworkriveted,boltedorweldedinbuiltupsections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 12 Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant atsite etc. complete 13 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 14 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 15 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 16 Supply and fixing 16/24 gauge galvanized mosquito proof wire net (jali) over window and ventilator including S/F of sal wood bead of size 8 cm x 1 cm including cost of all material, labour & T&P etc. 17 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. 18 Supply and fixing of welded mesh 10WG of size 75*25 mm including cutting and welding ever existing angel/pipe frames including supply and welding 20*5 mm(MS) flat over weld mesh jali including opening etc. if requred one coat of red oxide primer including cast of all materials labour, t&p etc. required proper complition of work. 19 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for workingplatform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 20 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading as approved by Engineer-in-charge, within 3 km distance beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 21 Providing precast cement concrete Jali 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size ), reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire, including centering and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits. 50 mm thick 22 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2.8.1 All kinds of soil.
