Tender for Protection Against Shooting Stone Near Trt-Ii Rd 2500 To Portal Of The Right Bank Tunnel (70 Meters Stretch) Of Bhep Chanderkote-- 1 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in -All kinds of soil.  2 Surface preparation of rock slopes/faces by scaling and removing all loose, fractured, or projecting rock pieces to an average depth of 0.3 m using manual methods with scaling bars, pry bars, and other hand tools as required. The work shall include the cleaning of the scaled surface, and ensuring a safe and stable rock face. Rate to be inclusive of all labor, T&P and disposal of all resulting debris to a lead of 50m as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.  3 Supply, installation and fixing of 32 mm dia self-drilling rock anchors at 2.0 m c/c (staggered pattern), of required length ensuring a minimum of 3.0 m anchorage inside the rock, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications. The item includes drilling through overburden and rock strata, insertion and grouting of self-drilling anchors usingcement grout of specified mix, provision of bearing plates, nuts, couplers and accessories, along with cost of all materials, labour, machinery, ventilation, lighting, drainage, testing and all ancillary operations required for proper completion of work, all as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.  4 Providing weep holes/Seepage Holes of Size 50mm -60 mm dia by drilling in existing Plain / Reinforced Concrete/Rock /Shotcrete , fitted with 50-60mm dia. UPVC perforated pipe extending through the full Length of the hole using wagon drill or other suitable drilling equipment’s, as directed to specified depth including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning holes, ventilation, lighting, Drainage and all other ancillary operations etc. complete  5 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth levelHard drawn steel wire fabric  6 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete On steel work Rock Anchor Base Plate Painting  7 Shotcreting R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs etc. in layers wit approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer-in- Charge Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/ tapping with a blunt metal instrument. 25mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum (Excluding Scaffolding and Crane)  8 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)  9 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth andstring courses etc.  10 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.  11 Hiring charges for providing and operating a mobile crane of 50 Tonne capacity with boom height not less than 50 metres, including cost of fuel, lubricants, operator, helper and all incidental charges required for safe and efficient functioning at site. The quoted hire charges shall be inclusive of mobilization, demobilization, shifting within site premises, positioning, rigging and all operations necessary for handling structural/electro-mechanical components or any other load as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.  12 CARRIAGE OF MATERIAL BY MEANS OF MT FOR :-  13 Sand (Cum) (125 kms)  14 Aggregate (Cum) (15 kms)  15 Cement(MT) 10 kms  16 Steel For 125 (mt) Kms  17 Disposal of Excavated Rock out side project area 10 kms ( Cum) vide Item No 1  18 Charges for providing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Safety Management System at the site as the area is vulnerable to shooting stones.The scope of this item includes the supply, installation, and upkeep of Engineering Controls such as temporary overhead steel protective shelters for workforce safety, rockfall netting, and catch fences; adoption of Administrative Controls including deployment of dedicated rock spotters/watch personnel, creation and maintenance of clearly barricaded exclusion zones; and provision of all requisite Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the workforce. All safety measures shall be executed and maintained strictly in accordance with site requirements and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
