Lead and lift upto 1.50 mtr etc complete including uprooting and refilling the pit with material etc. comp. as directed (excluding extra material required for refilling) Girth Between 30 to 60 cm 3 3.Excavation in hard murum including boulders upto 0.60 m diameter (0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embakement, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc., complete with lead upto 15 M and 6 M lift. 4 4.Excavation in soft rock without blasting including boulders upto 0.60 m diameter (0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embakement, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated soft rock neatly in dump area or for formation of service road as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc., complete with lead upto 15 M and 6 M lift. 5 5.Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by blasting including boulders above 0.60 m diameter (0.113 cum) minimising the damage to side slopes of excavation in water prism area by adopting any one or combination of line drilling / pre-splitting / smooth blasting techniques and placing the excavated rock neatly in dump area as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc., complete with lead 6 6. Providing and laying situ cement concrete of grade M-15 (40 MSA) of trap, granite, quartizite, gneiss, graded metal for PCC wirh or without reinforcement /RCC concreting required heavy or special type of shuttering for works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest,pillway downstream face, energy dissipating structures, training walls, piers, abutements etc., with concrete micer considering lead of 50 M with shuttering and scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing etc complete with initial lead of 50 M and lift of 1.50 M 7 7.Providing casing embakement using selected pervious material available directly from excavation in layers including cost of materials, machinery.labour, all other operations such as collection of material, spreading material in layer of specified thickness, sorting out,, breaking clods, levelling. sectioning edges/sides, watgering, compacting eaach layer to densty controle of not less than 95% or as stipulated using vibaratory compactor including cost of water etc. complete with lead of 1 Km and all lifts as directed. 8 8.Providing Casing embakement using selected pervious material from approved borrow area ( Government acquired land) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading of soil in layers of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides watering, compacring each layers to density not less than 95 perceent or as stipulated using vibratory compactor including cost of water etc complete with lead up to 1 Km and all lifts as directed. 9 9.Providing and constructing 300 mm thick dry rubble stone pitching with pin headers at 2 per sqm using stones and stone chips from approved source 10 Insurance 11 Royalty 12 GST 13 Tender Amount Rs.1622917/-
