Tender For Cc Work From Patni-Surtiya Road To Sureshs House Via Pawans House In Village Mugaria. - Construction of earth filling by carted earth upto 3.00 km distance with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 4 Cement Concrete Pavement (C.C. Road Slab M 30 (grade) (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregate construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints, applying curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification 5 Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of side. 6 Providing concrete for plain concrete (M10) in (1:3:6 :: C:C/s:S/g)open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 7 Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203 8 Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 12 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204 9 RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm(3/4) gauge approved stone grit in the proportion 1:2:4 C:C/s:S/g excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-15 as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 10 Mild steel or iron work in plain work as reinforced concrete i/c bending for proper completion of the work and including the supply of steel and its wastage bend, hooks and athourized over iapping shal be measured upto floor to level 11 Supply and Fixing of Information board
