Tender For Special Repair To Main Gate At Military Station Mount Abu Under Age (I) Udaipur; 1 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for 2 Material and labour for framed work as in door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings. 3 M&L two coat of syntetic enamel paint overnewsteel surface of any description over 10cm in width or grithnot otherwise describedover one coat red oxide primerincl preparation of surfaces complete. 4 Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast con-crete articles 5 M/L for brick work with kiln burnt bricks built in cm (1:6)using sub class B bricks of compressive strength not less than 35 Kg/Sqcm straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius with old size bricks all shown on drawing and as specified. 6 Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. 7 Material andlabour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) onbrick/stone masonry or concrete surfaces (internal walls) of any description, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete using lequid water proofing compoundall as specified. 8 Supply only integral water proofing compound 9 Material and labour for preparation of newly/old plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulsion complete all as specified. 10 Material & Labour for Vitrified double charged of any colour/pattern, elevated tiles as approved by Engr-in-charge, 8-9 mm thick of size 600 x 300 mm on vertical faces of walls set and jointed with cement mortar and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:4) all as spd and directed. 11 M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified. 12 Demolition of cement concrete(reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) 13 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth;
