Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, providing and spraying and applying the prime coat over prepared surface of the granular base with slow setting bituminous emulsion @0.60kg/sqm heated in the boiler fitted with spray set including making dust free and cleaning of road surface with mechanical broom as per MORT&H specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & appiying Tack Coat with the rapid setting bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.2Kg/Sqm on the prepared bituminous granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom for superimposition of the approved bituminous mix with the help of a self propelled hot bitumen pressure sprayer to spread the hot bitumen uniformly over the cleaned prepared dust free surface at specified quantity as per Morth specification for road and bridge work and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, providing laying 50mm thick Compacted Bituminous Macadam as per approved mix formula with bitumen of 60/70 grade over a cleaned prepared primed/tacked surface blending different sizes & quantities with required quantities of crushed strone aggregates mixing ingredients with designed quantity of bitumen at required temperature heating & mixing it uniformly in the 100-120TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75Mt/Hr at specified quantity as per Morth specification for road and bridge work and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying 40mm thick Compacted Semi Dense Bitumious Concrete with 40-60 TPH hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading,penetration with bituminous binder of specified grading of bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and aligment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification for road & Bridge work and as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification including cost of all materials, labour, royalties, conveyance, T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
