COMPREHENSIVE REPAIRS / MAINT OF 33/11 KV MRS AT SUNDERABANI UNDER GE(N) AKHNOOR AND COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR/MAINT OF HT CABLE, BUS BARS, EARTHINGS, ACSR CONDUCTOR, CLEANING OF BUSHES &BRANCHES AT BARAKH AND SUNDERBANI AREA UNDER GE (N) AKHNOOR; 1 Supply and fixing in replacement of GOD 33 KV rotating , horizontal type,double break triple pole outdoor gang operated centrepost rotating manually operated isolator switch 400 Amp having 12.5 KA (RMS) for 3 sec short circuit rating with 9 nos 33 kv capacity and pin type post insulator with 320 mm cleavage distance and pedestal of height of 200mm to maintain line earth clearage of 370mm mechanically inter locked triple pole earthing with having independent manually operated handle complete with all supporting stucture of suitable channel, nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for scrapping laid out aggregate of any size and removing from site and cleaning of dirt and vegetation from site and relaying of the same in switchyards complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for painting of HT 33 KV HT grid steel structure including all MS channel isolators, CTs, PTs and MOCBs, VCBs, bus bar and other steel structure with synthetic enamelled aluminium paint on structure abd other colour code for equipment after proper surface preparation complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Jumpers works in PTs, CTs, MOCBs, isolator, DO fuse by using parallel grove clamp, Tee clamp Tee clamps other connectors required by using ACSR conductor any sizess (Dog/Mouse)including dismantling old conductor and clamp complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground /earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to DB/Panel by using GI strip of 32x6 mm sleeved using red colour PVC sleeving as earthing lead soldering/rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to existing structureby means of nut, bolts etc complete with PCC pit (1:3:6) type PCC cover with handle, funnel with watering pipe wire mess GI protection pipe for earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply and fixing Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet,vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones with MS clamp, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20 cm,(33KV/ 11 KV mark complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for steel tubular swaged type poles 11 metrs long,pole weight approximately 227 kgs, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing and smooth finishing of pole,ISI marked complete with all accessories such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,bolts, nuts, screws,washers and drilling of holes for continious GI earth wire as specifiedtype 410 SP-55 including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. Make as approved by GE. 8 M&L for steel tubular swaged type poles 12 metrs long,pole weight approximately 292 kgs, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing and smooth finishing of pole,ISI marked complete with all accessories such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,bolts, nuts, screws,washers and drilling of holes for continious GI earth wire as specifiedtype 410 SP-64 including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. The electrode is surrounded by chemical (ITPC-EECP15) a mixture of sulphate, silica, Iron Oxide etc, magnesium oxide, sodium oxide, zinc oxide etc. Each Earth electrode should have resistance <2 Ohm by using earth electrode is used as per the site requirements. Chemicals compound powder to be provided minimum 50Kg per site. The inspection joint provide for earthing reference incl the man hole cover with locking facility be provided. 43 S&FCopper strip of size 20 x 3 mm as in earth continiuty conductor fixed to wall on batten or recess or cases or buried in ground or any other situation for loop earthing as required at site complete all as specified and directed. 44 Disconnecting electrical connections from HT 33/11 KV, capacity 1.25 MVA transformer of any descriptions by opening of earth & control connections of any type, sealing of oil leakage, replacement of unserviceable parts and cleaning the transformer, including making all HT connections, control cable connection, earth connection etc including testing the transformer after necessary repairs complete all as specified and directed.Note: Spares required for repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. 45 Supply and fixing in replacement of primary coil of HT 33/11 KV,capacity 1.25 MVA transformer of any specification, made of super enameled copper winding wire/ strip of existing insulation, gauge and specifications complete all as specified and directed.Note: Primary coil shall have same number of turns of winding wire and with matching to manufacturer design. 46 Supply and fixing in replacement of secondary coil of 33/11KV, capacity 1.25MVAtransformer of any capacity, made of super enameled copper winding wire/ strip of existing insulation, gauge and specifications,complete all as specified and directed.Note: Secondary coil shall have same number of turns of winding wire and with matching to manufacturer design. 47 Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged 33 KV HT bushing assembly with new HT bushing assembly with insulated brass stud including nuts, bolts and washers, suitable for transformer of any type, any capacity complete all as specified and directed. 48 Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged 11 KV HT bushing assembly with new HT bushing assembly with insulated brass stud including nuts, bolts and washers, suitable for transformer of any type, of any capacity,complete all as specified and directed. 49 Dehydration and filtration of 33 /11 KV transformer oil after draining out oil from transformer by the dehydration machine at site or nearby transformer workshop to achieve di-electric strength 50 KV at 4mm gap,complete all as specified and directed.Note: (i) Cost of transportation of dehydration machine and other required materials and tools, plants shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.(ii) Test certificate of di-electric strength from auth Lab shall be produce before and after dehydradation and filtration process for each transformer. 50 M&L for Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged air breather assembly with new air breather assembly with silica gel suitable for 33/11 KV transformer including nuts, bolts and washerscomplete all as specified and directed. 51 Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged air breather assembly with new air breather assembly with silica gel capacity 500 gm suitable for 11/.440 KV transformer including nuts, bolts and washerscomplete all as specified and directed. 52 Supply only fresh transformer oil to top-up and filling in the existing transformer, di-electric strength not less than 45 KV, meeting Bureau of Indian Standards: IS 335-1993 (Reaffirmed-2005) specification,examined in a 100mm thick layer at 270°C, clear, transparent and free from all type of suspended matter or sediment,complete all as specified and directed. 53 M&L Lightening arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, 33000 voltscomplete all as specified and directed. 54 M&L Lightening arresters expulsion type complete parts, well cleaning with petrol & CRC-226, replacing of moving parts, re-assembly, fine setting of mechanism, replacement of unserviceable parts and re-assembly of parts including well cleaning the complete panel board main bus bar, de-carbonizing all joints, bus bar, CTs’ PTs spouts, metal parts and making VCB perfect operation in manual and electric mode including all routine and preventive maintenancecomplete all as specified and directed. 59 Supply and fixing by stringing stretching and strengthening on insulators ACSR conductor of desired size including aluminium binding wire of suitable cross sectional areaincluding joints sleeve for jointing conductors of equal or unequal size and for jumpers connections including treatment of connector and ACSR conductor joints/jumpers with conducting jelly, and taking down of UNSV conductors complete all as specified and directed. 60 Material and labour for tree branches/vegitation cutting around the HT lines and installations from line conductor to tree distance up to 4 mtrs and cutted wood pieces/vegitation materials disposal upto distance not exc 100 mtr at defence landlocation whereas directedand including providing safety eqpts & cutting tools,ladders etc will be own arrangement by the contractor and complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (1) Safetymeasures will be fully responsibleby tenderer (2) During tree /branches/vegitation cutting any damages on OH lines/installation should be reuniform responsible fully by the tenderer with out any extracost.(3) Approximately distance coveredboth side for the HT using with emary paper and cleaning with chemical agents after cleaning of steel tubular pole and GI brackets and cross arms in two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of silver oil painting upto smooth finishiningand paintingto satisfactorly by engr-in-charge and painting work carryout at any height and including marking of pole numers as directed and safety eqpts & tools will be own arrangement and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of painting materialis deemedto be included in quoted rate only. 62 Supply and fixing in replacement galvanized iron strip of size 32x 6 mm to be fixed on wallor to belaid in ground including taking down from any position and any placescomplete all as specified and directed. 63 Material and labour for fault finding on 11 KV HT cables in trenches of any size and any length with fault detective(fault finding) machine by thumbing method andinjection suitable high voltageproper fault finding equipment and all as testing device instructions and including necessary excavation, returning filling,removing surplus soil,sand, existing bricksetc where find the cable faultycomplete all as specified and directed. 64 Material and labour for scraping of old paint of 33/11KV yard substation (02 Nos bay) steel structure posts by using emery/iron brush and painting with two coats of aluminium to complete 33/11KV substation including entire steel structure upto height of 10 mtr incl aluminium painting of XPM jalli around transformer,spray painting to CT/PT unitscomplete all as specified and directed.Note:- Contractor has to take complete shut down and contractor shall not be provided working periods more than 02 Hrs/day 65 M & L for Scraping of old paint of HT pole 11/12 mtr height without removing accessories and preparationof surfaces for repainting.Repainting the poles with one coat of alternative white and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr above ground level height using synthetic enamel paint .Repainting the remaining Iron parts i.e. cross arms, supporting angles, clamps, GI bkt etc and steel pole above 1.5 mtr height by applying one coat of aluminium paintor PCC pole with snowcem of approved color all as required at site or directed. 66 S & F 100 mm bores of tubes light grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete with electric pole, laid in trenches for passing of XLPE cablecomplete all as specified and directed. 67 Supply, fabricating, installation, testing , commissioning and electrically connecting HT bus bar feeder pillar box for 95 Sq.mm Cable and Panel of size 100cm x 110cm x 65 cm,11KV ,factory made , machine pressed , dust and vermin proof ,out door type made with CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick , HT Feeder Pillar internally and externallyshall bepainted with expoxy powder coating RED paint with 7 tank process for treatment of degreasing, pickling & two coats primer, IP65, before being given the stove epoxy finish. , both side opening in two halves with rubber beading , including Aluminium bus bar of 250 Amp (Each Strip Size 50 x 6mm x Length 800 ) capacity, 4 strip mounted on HT porcelain insulators, HT Danger Plate Provided on Both Side,bus bar chamber and shall be provided with inspection covers , Cubical switch shall have the independent opening panel and shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle ironof size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm frame including lifting arrangement and legs duly spray paintedwith two coats of synthetic enamelpaint over a coat of redoxide primer , embeding and grouting in PCC (1:2:4) type B1using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundationincluding necessay earth work, including all connections / control wiring incoming / outgoing with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable of 1100 / 650 vot grade comprising, Cable enter with Cable Glands and following accessories including testingcomplete all as specified and directed. 68 M & L for replacement shackle type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, of height 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts gradecomplete all as specified and directed. 69 Supply and fixed cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium condcutor cable of size but95 sqmmcomplete all as specified and directed. 70 Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch A Part-II) to be made of ₹201920.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid.
