Tender For Special Rep To Certain Internal Roads Of 618 Eme Bn And Internal And External Circular Road Of Aps At Kota Mil Station.; 1 Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and not exc 50 mm deep and removal of rubbish material outside MoD Landcomplete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for repair to potholes depth exc 30mm and area not exc 1 Sqmeach including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc; cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less)paving bitumen any penetration binder content of 4% by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with cataionic bitumen emulsion of RS-1 Grade as per IS :8887 using emulsionpressure distribution on the bituminous surface @ 3 kg per 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with cataionic bitumen emulsion of RS-1 Grade as per IS :8887 using emulsionpressure distribution on the bituminous surface @ 4 kg per 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L forBituminous premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness with binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix including supply of filler as per design mix, spread using Mechanical sensor paver rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 ton power road roller to a required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.
