Tender For Repairing Damaged Metalled Approch Road From Okhla Barrage To Sahadara Drain . - Construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tipper at site forall lead & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 2 Providing & laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading. premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and fillertransporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignmenty, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem follers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 3 Providing & laying bituminous concrete 40 mm thick with higher capacity batch type Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher eith sensor to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem roller to achieve desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. 507 complete in all respects. ( taking out 191 cum (450.26 MT)) 4 Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over astic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification). 25mm thick As per DSR 2019
