Tender For Repair Of Sewage Line, Drain, Manhole, Soakage Well And Misc Works In The Aor Of Age B/R-I Under Ge 969 Ews Job No Stpp 2025-26; 1 M&L Cleaning of blockage of sewage lines , manholes of any dia & any depth in any situation by way of cleaning of manholes sewage as well as rodding to and fro flushing with watering in sewage lines between successive manholes and keeping the system functional connecting from floor traps , water closets , soil waste and vent pipes , gully traps upto final drop/outlet into septic tanks / central sewage system by removing all blockages of any description in any situations manually or mechanically including cleaning of blockage of vents/solid/waste RWP of any description and any dia at Baramulla Garrison by employing adequate manpower along with required T&P complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2 Demolition of brick masonry , stonemasonry etc built in cement mortar of any description including excavation and removal where ever required for embedded portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3 Demolition of concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 M&L for brick work with sub class B brick (old size) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in any position andany thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1(using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) as in copings etc including all necessaryform work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 Demolition and breaking up drain pipe 75/100 mm dia (AC, salt glazed, PVC or RCC pipes ) set in cement mortar or any description including Excn of Earthwork, RFR, removal and making good complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10 M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D1(using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the side of pipes after these are laid tested for 150 mm bore of pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 S&F 150 mmreinforced concrete pipes , class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 S&F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints , laid in trenches or in floors fixed complete using PVC solvent and necessary testing etc . complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 13 S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bend/Tee etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 14 S&F in repairs 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints , laid in trenches or in floors fixed complete using PVC solvent and necessary testing etc . complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 15 S&F in repairs 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bend/Tee etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge 16 M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6in landings cover slab (for manhole/ drain cover) etc including demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 17 M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length , bend to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hookings for cols ,hoking ends and binding with and including mild (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
