Tender For Special Repairs To Perimeter Fencing At Nai Nagpur; 1 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each in loose/softn exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed. 2 Material and labour for PCC in 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concete etc complete all as specified and directed. 3 Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed. 4 Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type all as specified and as directed. 5 Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking , bending and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 6 Material and labour for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square head (dia of neck 11 to 15mm) at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and labour for for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or grith and apply two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 9 Excavating in soft/loose soil in trenches, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth ; for foundation, etc. or for shafts , wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5 in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed. 10 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. 11 Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed. 12 Material and labour for for brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material and labour for rendering 15mm th in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. 14 Material and labour for for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) incoping, kneelers water throughs bed plates, kerbs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered engles and throating, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material and labour for for applying two coats of cement based paint over over a coat of alkali resistant primer over newly plastered wall surfaces after necessary preparation complete all as specified and directed.
