Tender For Repair To Gates, Parking, Wall Cladding, External Tile, Drain Cover Slab And Misc B/R Works Of Area-Iii Under Age (B/R) Central Of Ge (West) Colaba, Mumbai; 1 Demolition of cement concrete (Un reinforced)in ground floor & pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) and removing debries out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of brickwork or stone boulders masonry built in CM incl all quins, arches, pillers etc, complete all as specified and directed. 3 M & L sub base 100 mm thick cement concretetype D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate), complete all as specified and directed. 4 M & L and fixed in repair, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cement concrete demolition paid seperately. 5 M&L sand filling under floors or in foundatons including watering and consolidation cement, complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection & similar work including necessary expansion joint filling with bitumen at a certain distance, complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for brick work with Sub class B brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed. 8 M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C-1 (1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. 9 M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with hollow blocks type C-1 (1:3:6) (16mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. 10 M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in benching/cooping and sub base set in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 11 Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster, including removing debris/rubbish materials off the site, complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F factory made precast RCC drain cover of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 75 mm thick and fixed to drain in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed. 14 Demoletion of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed. 15 M & L for RCC cover slab Type B-1 1:2:4 set in CM 1:4but in landing,cover slab chujjahhood, chajjas, water trought shelves and similar article, complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L form work exc 200mmto faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similr work, complete all as specified and directed. 17 M& L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia TMT bar and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed. 18 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel of any description not othervise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed. 19 Supply & Fixing for framed work such as grills, gratings, manhole/drain covers etc. with end of bars shouldered and/or rivetted, framed guard bars and similar works conforming to Fe-290, Gde- E 165, complete all as specified and directed. 20 S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment as in manhole or drain cover, similar works conforming to Fe-410, Gde- E 250, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. 21 S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gussate plates, railes, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging also fastening and fixingconforming to Fe-410, Gde- E 250, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. 22 Material & Labour for preparation of new surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L preparing oldpaintedsteel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed. 24 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed. 26 M&L of complete removal of oldpaintedbrick or concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of floor coat emulsion paint, complete all as specified and directed. 27 M&L preparingoldpaintedbrick or concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise (Gde-165-E) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails & guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, complete all as specified and directed. 29 S&F Plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases,splices,angle brackets cleats and other connections Gde Fe- 290 (Gde-165-E), complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, including taking down old roof sheet, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 31 M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steelsheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, including taking down old roof sheet, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 32 S&F in repairs Aluminium composite panel sheet 3mm thick PVCF finished fixed with necessary aluminium tube of size 25mm x 38mm x 1.50mm thick with required silicon & screw as in ceiling/coloumns and in vertical surface, complete all as specified and directed.
