Special Repair Of Naudad To Babupur Link Road - Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4mm-53mm)to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.(WBM III) 2 Construction ofun-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, 3 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical means 502 (Including cost of Bitumen Emulsion) 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumenVG - 10using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specicification Clause 503. (Including cost of Bitumen) 5 Providing and laying rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggreates using VG-10 Grade Bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means, including mixing in a suitale plant, laying and rolling with a 3 wheel 8 - 10 tonne static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per technical clause 508 (Including cost of Bitumen) 6 Providing and laying seal coat Sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical specification clause 510 (Including cost of Bitumen) 7 Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter c 20 in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm (8) layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels. washed out and distrubed patri.
