| 1 | Providing and fixing of panels for wall and roof. The roof shall be provided 50mm thick puff insulated panel make Sintex or 0.50m thick precoated precoloured sheets. The roof sheet are laid over a frame work of trusses and purlins and rafters fixed using suitable fasterers. A 0.50mm precoated/ precoloured steel sheets ridge cover of 0.40mm from the eves wall and 0.30mm from the gable wall. The wall shall be made in sandwich panel systsm using 2No\"s of precoated precoloured sheets of 0.50mm thick fitted fitted with 50mm thick puff with bulk density of 40kg/cum. The puff panels shall be make Sintex/Llyod/Jindal contineous panel system. The panels shall be inserted one by one in \"U\" shaped ground track of size 52.5x35x1.25mm thick made from G.I sheet/sheet coil. The bottom track shall be fixed to the concrete platform level by suitable fasteners screwed on the PVc expandable screw cap. The top of the walls would be concealed with \"U\" shaped top track of size52.5x35x1.25mm thick made from G.I sheet/sheet coil. The roof shall be 1:4 approximately as per seismic Zone -IV . The walls height shall be 3Mts at eves and 3.36 Mts at centre gable. Structural steel work rivted and bolted in built up sdection trusses and frame work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades,in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.
