Tender For Resurfacing Of Internal Roads In Sector Pi-1, Greater Noida. - Tack coat on Bituminous surfaces Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.5 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(MoRTH/AR/502) 2 Dense Greaded Bituminous Macadam Grading-2Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade leval and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom rollers of achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 505 complete in all respects.40 mm compacted thickness with bitumen penetration of 60/70 4.5% by weight of total mix.(MoRTH/AR/505/5.05) 3 Bituminous Concrete Grading-2Providing & Laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @5.4 per cent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORH&H specification clause 507 complete in all respects.30 mm compacted thickness with bitumen penetration of VG-30 @ 5.4 % by weight of total mix.(MoRTH/AR/507) 4 Providing and laying 30 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antisked surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate sapcing of 10 cm center to center in both direction, pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less then 1000 c producing 1 mm to 4mm over mastic surface all complete as per MoRTH clause-516. 5 Road Marking with hot applied thermoplastic copound with reflectorising Glass Bead on bituminous surface provinding and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass bead @ 2.50 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surfce applied glass bead as per IRC:35.
