Tender For Repair work of link road from Babuganj Lalganj Road to Salem Bhadari. - Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavtion to be in the form of reqular pits not exceeding 1/2 metre in deptk and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also inclduing 1.5 metre lifts and 30m lead the W.B.M. Grading-3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregated of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per Technical Specification Clauses 405. Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure disributor at rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechnical broom (MORD 503) As per Analysis premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen of cut back or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in Ja suitable plant laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tone capacity finished to required level and grades Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface supply and fixing of 350 mm dia hume pipe S/F of signboard as per direction of engineer in charge The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in cb condidtion and keep the entire road surface and structure in defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after years(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost@0.0%
