Tender For Maintenance Of Link Road From Mathurapura To Bhadra Under K.U.M.S. Jhansi . Length - 2.00Km. - Earth work in cutting or in embankment in Ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding royality) SI No. 253 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 45-63mm gauge stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 80-100 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requiste type of screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading II as per technical specification clause 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 22.4-53mm gauge stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 80-100 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requiste type of screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading III as per technical specification clause 4 Providing and Applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1)on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of raod surface any spraying primer at the rate 0.70 kg/Sqm using mechanical means. As per M.O.R.T.&H. specification clause 5.1 SI No -502 5 Providing and Applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Pressiure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 III 6 Providing and laying 20 mm thick open-graded premix carpet using Bitumen VG-10 composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates to required line, grade and evel II serve as per MORD Specific 508Clause 7 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 8 Brick edging on both sides of the road with M-150 class bricks 8 cm (3) wide and 12 cm. 4.5 deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to required template and proper alignment and also including dressing and rammingg the excavated earth as directed by Enineer-in-charge.
