Cabling Etc Work Nmy Sadabad (Hathras). - Drilling of 150 mm dia T/W bore suitable for 110mm dia pipe/200mm dia T/W bore suitable for 140 mm dia pipe all complete with labour T/P as per direction of engineer incharge 2 Supply and lowering of 140mm dia 10kg/cm2 with plastic net cover slots of pvc pipe by UPIN(phenolex or apb by E/I) all complete 3 Supply and pouring of pee gravels suitable for T/W bore all complete as per direction of engineer incharge 4 S/F of 110mm PVC pipe adopter suitable for item no. 2 5 Supply of 1HP submersible pump set with starter UPIN 65m head ( Pluga/Crompton Greeves/KSB) 6 Supply and fitting of 4sqmm 3 core copper wired cable (ISI mark) complete in all respect 7 Supply and lowering of 40 mm dia ribbed screen Ashirvad PVC pipe (ISI marked)/ 32 mm dia G.I. Pipe by UPIN and fixed with boat site threaded SS nipple all complete. 8 Transportation of all material T&P etc to the site of work, loading, unloading and proper stacking at the site including return cartage of unused material with the diging the pit of boring work including supply all labour T&P with with arrangement of water required etc all complete. 9 Installation of 1.00HP submersible motor pump with 32mm G.I. Lowering, submersible cable 4sqmm & installation of starter including supply of labpur, T&P etc complete in all respect 10 devlopment of bore hole till the discharges of water become free from sand and turbidity by compression and disinfection of bore including supply of all labour T&P 11 Chemical & bacteriological testing of water sample 12 Supply and burying of 40mm dia x 4.5 metres long G.I. Pipe vertically for earthing having 12mm dia. Holes spaced 75mm apart drilled up to 2 metre from the bottom complete with earthing lead of No. 6 to 8SWG GI wire in G.I. Pipe up to appron (and from appron to switch board the cost of G.I. wire and pipe will be extra) upto switch board, 30cm square C.I. box with hinged cover masonary enclosure, funnel at top, alternate layers of charcoal/coke and salt at least 150mm thick alround etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respects as per drawing. 13 Supply and fixing of one number 8 to 6 SWG G.I.Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe for ear thing ,laid in ground or in wall duly concealed including the cost of cement ,sand .lab our , T&P other material required for proper completion of the work as directed at site. 14 S/F of 32mm dia G. I. Pipe complete with G. I. Fittings,clamps including all materials, Labour etc complete in all respects. 15 S/F of Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride CPVC Pipes of 15mm dia cpvc Pipe for Water Coolar Fittings,clamps including all materials, Labour etc complete in all respects. 16 S/F of CP brass stop cock 15mm of approved make complete in all respects. 17 S/F of 6 Amp to 32 Amp SPMCB (10 KA) C Curve Cat B 18 S/F of 6 Amp to 32 Amp. DPMCB (10 KA) C curve Cat B 19 S/F surface/flush mounting 4 way SPN distribution board with additional metal door without MCB complete in all respect and as directed at site. Cat B 20 S/F of CP brass bib cock 15mm of approved make complete in all respects. 21 S/F of gun metal non return valve 32mm of approved make complete in all respects. 22 S/F of 32 Amp 415 Volt TPN Metal Clad Rewirable type switch fuse unit on angle iron bracketcomplete in all respects. 23 S/L of aluminim conductor PVC insulated armored, served, sheathed cable 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm. below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm thick sand alround and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge, complete in all respects The armoring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. (i) 16sqmm 2 core 24 Supply and Hosting of syntax or equivalent Make High Density Polyethylene sheenless moulded Tank and placing in position. The Job is inclusive of all taxes,Labour T&P and other material for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge at site.
