Construction of House Sewer Connection inside and outside of a dwelling properties to connect all the outlets of Kitchen, Bath, toilet/WC of the property to existing inspection chamber of Sewer Network, which includes Door-to-door survey of all properties to be connected with Sewer Network, Preparation of sketch / drawing of arrangement for each house with all the details and obtain approval from Engineer In charge or his representative and Preparation of as built drawing (Layout plan) in AutoCAD for each property / dwelling connection with sewer network up to manhole. Including Dismantling of all type of flooring and roads, i.e. BT/CC/WMM/interlocking block etc with mechanical cutter. Including Required Excavation of pipe trench/chamber in all type of strata of specified width up to all depth, Providing, laying, jointing and aligning of PVC-U pipes (SN-8) as per 15328 (amended up to date) / HDPE DWC (double wall corrugated) pipes of SN-8 grade as per IS 16098 (amended up to date) with required PVC/ DWC fittings with required level & location in buried position over bedding of 50 mm thick M-10 grade and in open position above ground/floor with an encasing of pipe 50 mm cover at 3 sides with M10 grade concrete,

Providing, laying, jointing and aligning 160 mm dia PVC-U pipes (SN-8) as per IS15328 (Amended up to date) providing as sleeve to 110 mm dia PVC-U pipes / HDPE DWC (double wall corrugated) pipes (exposed to atmosphere) for crossing open drains, demolishing, If required and reconstruction of drain in original position with PCC M-10, Brick work with modular extruded burnt fly ash clay sewer bricks (Conforming to IS: 4885 - 1988) in CM 1:4, 12 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 and Construction of 2 Nos brick masonry chamber of bricks class designation 75 of 115 mm wall thickness in cement mortar 1:4, clear inside dimension 320 x 320 x 550 mm, 50 mm thick base PCC 1:3:6, providing & fixing 350 x 350 mm RCC precast cover with frame of LD-2.5, earth filling in gaps, finishing with PCC 1:3:6 inside the chamber, Chamber-1 with square mouth S.W. gulley trap P-type of size 100 x 100 mm as per IS 651: 1992 (amended up to date) with CI grating,

in slope around the mouth of Gulley Trap including provision for fixing of 2 nos. 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe etc. to connect a single inlet after connecting all the outlets of kitchen & bath & outlet of this chamber will connect to Chamber-2 or inspection chamber and the Chamber-2 with a provision for fixing of 2 nos. 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe etc. i.e. a single inlet after connecting all outlets of toilet & WC of premises to exiting Inspection chamber, Emptying of septic tank/soakage well etc. disposing of sludge within a lead of 5 Km and taking out the sewage, Bypass of septic tank/soakage well by providing, laying, jointing of 110 mm dia PVC-U pipes for all length from inlet to outlet, including PVC coupler, MS clamp and dismantling, repairing, making good the holes etc, Making connection with 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe with exiting inspection chamber (including making holes in Inspection Chamber) for pipes coming out from inside property and Chamber 1/2, making and repairing holes with CM in 1:4, repairing of floor and road with CC M-30 grade same as original thickness of floor and road, watering, backfilling, compaction and disposal of all surplus material and sewage etc. to a suitable location with all lead and lift, repairing of underground utilities, if damaged, Complete job to connect a dwelling premises to sewer network including all material, labour, taxes, charges etc. as per Specifications, drawing and directions of Engineer In charge
