directed. 2 S&F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) of Fe 410-W (Gde E250) quality-A including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed basescreed bed or bedding laying of cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick for as in floor finisheslaid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid overbacking coat of cement mortar 1:4,10 mm thick for as in vertical surfaces and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for 5 mm thick rendering incement mortar 1:3 on fair faces ofconcrete surfaces such assoffits of slabs, in patches n.exc 1 Sqm each finishing the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of new surafaces complete all as specified and directed. 8 Dismantling of brick wall of stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed. 9 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 10 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed. 11 Taking 1:4 lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cement mortar 1:4 window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders(for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) using old size bricks complete as in manholes, etc complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for Mild steel work in frame work such as grills, grantings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or reviled, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders walk ways, raillings, frame work of water tanks and similar articles complete all as specified and directed. 17 Dismantling of Galvanised iron 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining complete all as specified and directed. 18 S&F for Galvanised iron 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and strainin and fixing to any type of stranded rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire, staples or steel pins all including complete all as specified and directed. 19 S&F for concertina coil made with razor barbed tape of 600 mm dia fixed with clips etc all including dismantling of old coil complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4finishing the surfaces with fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any discription over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coats exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, in camouflage pattern over one coat of primer, any tinted, including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying exterier emulsiontwo coats, in camouflage pattern, any tinted over a coat ofsuitable primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed. 24 Material and labour laying well burnt old sizebricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.
