Tender For Repair/ Maintenance Of Bituminous Concrete Roads And Road Furniture At Jutogh Cantt Under Ge (I) Jutogh; 1 Repair to pot holes any depth, n. exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg/10sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg/10sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder @0.03 cum of premixed macadam), complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400sqm andexc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 at 10 Kg/10Sqm, complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for providing consolidated (75mm or less) premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen any penetration binder content of 4% by weight of total mix, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size of grade VG-10 laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with power roller 8 to 10 tonne to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces of roadby brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 at 5 Kg/10Sqm, complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of Grade VG 10 by weight of total mix, spread by means of mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavements and the like not exceeding 15 cm width with hot thermoplastic paint 3mm thick in layer including 240 gm glass beads for road marking paint white or golden yellow as approved with the mechanical instrument including peparation of new or previously untreated surfaces to receive the painting complete all as specified and directed. 9 S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed. 10 S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of highefficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. 12 Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block and dump the waste material outside MoD land (Jutogh Cantt) complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, built in CM 1:6 as in parapet, steps, complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, built in CM 1:6, as in parapet, steps except stones, complete all as specified and directed. 15 Taking down plastering of any description and in any position in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 etc., complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (weather proof paint on external surfaces) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces at any height of building / tower, complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls andapplying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (weather proof paint on external surfaces) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces at any height of building / tower, complete all as specified and directed. 19 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removal of material from MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregated as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throttling, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm gragded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base for flooring, complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for machine pressed precast interlocking paver block of anyshape and size conforming to IS -15658 - 2006 of 80 mm thick, M-40 Grade, with approved colour and parrern as om driven ways and parking, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand shall be measured and paid separately. 24 M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including spreading levelling in layers n exc 25 cm thick, well ramming, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. 25 S & F inrepair speed bump of dimensions 730mm x 245mm x 70mm made out of ABS with high resistance wear and tear and with replectors in PMMA material, welded with ABS base plate fixed on roads with adhesive and zinc plated nails complete all as specified and directed. 26 S&F in repair convex mirror of 100CM dia, made up of polycarbonate relectiveABS body complee with mounting hardware, clamps and GI pipe 65mm of required height etc complete all as specified and directed. 27 M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base for flooring, complete all as specified and directed. 28 M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles pre polished with lacquer finish 30cmx30cm x 22-25mm thick, over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors and steps etc with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed.
