Tender For Special Repairs To The Existing Boundary Wall Of Mh Devlali And Certain Lbw Works Under The Aor Of Ge Deolali; 1 Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified. 2 M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan n.exc 6m mean radius, built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 3 Ditto above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed 4 Taking down cement mortar/plastering on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, incl removing of surbs vegetation for up to working space etc. 5 M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete work 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and to be finished smoothfor external surfacecomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embadded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed groundall as specified and as directed. 7 Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in posts (including caps & bases), foundation including formwork complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed block for fixing of angle iron fencing post on wall or similar works,plinth course,string courses,lacing courses,parapets and railing,apex stone,bed plates etc including formwork complete all as specified and directed. 9 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply and fixing mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc. and similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165)complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Flat iron for securing wire mesh to be provided is to measured in this item. 2.
