Note :- WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only rate. 91 Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed. 92 Material & labour for cleaning ofconcrete or plastered surface of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30Kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen, over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm and 100mm as per manufactures instructions and applying over it of tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.20Kg per Sqm and finally finish the top by providing 40mm thick brick tiles kiln burnt, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6,joints of the tiles grouted and flush pointed with cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed.
