Tender For Repairs/Maintenance To Retaining Wall, Drain, And Other Misc Works At Chakabama Military Station Under Age(I) Zakhama.; 1 Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortarincluding all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed. 2 M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 3 M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. 4 All as per item here-in-before but using except stone obtain from item No 3 complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for Pre-Cast Plain Cement Concrete(1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stone set in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. 6 M&L For extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, using 20mm thick Granite or Trap stonee complete all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly roundede or chamfered angles and throating, as directed. 8 M&L for raised pointing to random or ploygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. 9 S&F in repair (SWR) pipes,75mm bore single socket in any length with rubber ring joint, weep hole etc complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cmthick ( Below or above ground)complete all as specified and as directed. 11 M & L for PCC 1:3:6,type C2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 13 M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. 14 M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. 15 Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thickmixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufactures instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Water proofing compoundwill be measured and paid separately as Supply only. 17 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed 19 M&L for pre polished chequered cement concrete tiles in floor, of size 30cmx30cmx 25 mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles over and including50 mm thick PCC sub base in (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) and screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. 20 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and as directed. 21 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat ofprimer complete all as specified and as directed.
