| 12 | Inspecting, checking (all connections and mechanism), cleaning, servicing, overhauling, testing, calibrating the relays (IDMT, over current and earth fault) complete of 33 KV vacuum circuit breakers outdoor type 400 Amps, capacity having rupturing capacity 750 MVA floor mounted including following works : - (a) Taking out incoming and outgoing HT 33 KV 3 core cables from the electric system and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing HT cables complete of both panels.(b) All the connections of control wiring availability of proper DC supply and AC supply, incoming and outgoing connections and tightening them, cleaning the contacts and terminal with CTC solution and using the blower for dusting operation, raising and lowering mechanism. |
| 13 | Note : (i) Servicing checking and calibration of VCB shall be carried out by the OEM or his authorized representative/dealer only. (ii) All the test record for proper tripping of CTs raising and lowering operation mechanism and proper tripping system of over current and earth fault relay shall be recorded duly signed by the contractor, Engineer-in-Charge and representative of OEM shall be produced before allowing payment to the contractor. |
