(b)Material required for the repairsand maintenance work considered in the CA will be made available by the contractor with in 24 Hrs for rectifying the Complaint .(c)If Contract fails to rectify the complaint within given time a penalty for Rs. 100/ per day per complaint will be charged until the complaint is rectified. (d)All types of T&P, PVC insulation tape, minor nuts, bolts, washers etc required for maintaining the services shall be provided by contractor without any cost to the department.
