Tender For Comprehensive Repairs To Pathway Drain And Other Misc Item Under Aor Of Age Br Dett B Of Ge 862 Ews; 1 M & L formachine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 60mm thick, M-35 grade, single layer monolithic high density manufactured by electro vibro hydraulically operated block making machine confirming IS:15658-2006 in equal propotion of grey and coloured tile to make a pattern as directed, laid tightly over & including 25mm thick dry sand cushion (compacted) andjoints filled with dry sand, shape, size, colour, including demolition of old paver blockcomplete all as specified and directed. 2 M & L formachine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 80mm thick, M-35 grade, single layer monolithic high density manufactured by electro vibro hydraulically operated block making machine confirming IS:15658-2006 in equal propotion of grey and coloured tile to make a pattern as directed, laid tightly over & including 25mm thick dry sand cushion (compacted) andjoints filled with dry sand, shape, size, colour, including demolition of old paver block complete all as specified and directed. 3 M & L forcoloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pigment in floor and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6after dismantling of old unserviceable tiles etc including cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M & L for heavy duty digital vitrified exterior parking tile of 600x600mm size and 12mm thick of any colour pattern (colour approved by GE) in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of old tiles, complete all as specified and directed. 5 M & L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed. 6 M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing, complete all as specified and directed. 7 M & L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically described and removal of debris/concrete from site, complete all as specified and directed. 9 M & L for Plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone graded stone aggregate) as in in foundations,filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. 10 M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed. 11 M & L for forming fair finshed drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings/ benching and side locking tile, including necessary form work all as directed. 13 M & L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm grade crushed stone aggreagte) as in landing, cover slab, manhole cover, chajjas etc and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar 1:6, including demolition of RCC of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed. 14 M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe 410-W as in columns or beams, complete all as specified and directed.
