Subject Matter Expert – Maritime Affairs● Extensive experience in training, certification, employability enhancement● Knowledge of global maritime labour market trends, shipping industry expectations, and skill gaps among Indian seafarers. ● Proven track record of working with regulatory bodies such as DGS, Indian Maritime University (IMU), and international maritime organizations (IMO, ILO, ICS).

Project Director● 15+ years leadership experience in strategy and operations consulting, large-scale education, skilling, training, employability and workforce development projects.● 5+ projects experience in managing multi-stakeholder engagements with government agencies, academic institutions, industry bodies and emerging market at global level.

Project Manager● At least 5 years of experience in managing education, skilling, or employability enhancement programs in shipping/logistics domain.● Strong background in project execution, stakeholder coordination, and institutional partnerships.

Project Consultant● Minimum 2 years of experience in research, data analysis, and operational support for skilling and workforce development projects.● Experience in assisting in policy development, project implementation, and stakeholder engagement. ● Expert in shipping/logistics domain
