Tender For Additional Civil & Electrical Works Required For Installation Of New 625Kva Dg Set At Amd Complex, Begumpet; 1 General Instruction: General Notes:1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions at AMD.2.The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and taxes GST, Labour cess, IT, etc., as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI.EPF and ESI are reimbursable as per relevant clause. 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil 3 Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 5 Coursed rubble masonry (first sort) with hard stone in foundation and plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 6 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge 7 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 8 Hot finished welded type tubes 9 Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 10 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge 11 Providing form work, Centring and shuttering using Plywood board, steel plates, planks including strutting and propping etc. at all floors and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including close haking of exposed concrete surfaces etc. complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge 12 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On concrete work all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge 13 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge 14 Supplying and stacking og good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5km lead complete (earth measurd in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). 15 Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks kerb stone or Shabastone/kadappa of size 2ft x 2ft from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks / kerb stone or Shabastone/kadappa of size 2ft x 2ftof any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost). 17 Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc, including excavation for sockets, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc., stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, within a lead of 50 m : 18 Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia 19 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metresNominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 20 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. 21 Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metreslead In cement mortar as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : 22 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 23 In cement mortar 24 Erection of metallic pole of lengthabout 6.5 meter to 8 meter in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including preparation of site, excavation and refilling, site cleaning etc. as required. Note: The pole shall be supplied by the department. Pole cost shall not be included in the item for which no deduction shall be made from the contractor. 25 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3 X 10 sq. mmsize of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 26 Supplying and fixing/ embedding 32mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) with suitable clamps for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required. 27 Earthing with copper plate 600mmX600mmX3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having lcoking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc with charcoal/ coke and salt etc as required. 28 Providing & fixing 25mmX5mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc as required. 29 Dismantling of the existinggarden light pole & fitting (6.5m height) complete. The scope of work includes disconnection of existing wiring, removing of pole & light fitting assembly from the foundation, demolishing of existing pole collor/ foundation complete, stacking the polewith fitting & reusable electrical items at designated place for reuse as required & clearing the site as per the instructions and directions of E-I-C. 30 Supplying & laying of one number 4core, 10 Sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade direct in ground including excavation in all types of soil & refilling the trench with available excavated earth (excluding sand cushioning & protective covering) in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, site cleaning and bringing the site to its original condition by PCC etc required as per the instructions and directions of E-I-C. 31 Supplying, laying & fixing of one number 4core, 10 Sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade direct on wall surface as required as per the instructions and directions of E-I-C. 32 Hiring of 40 Tonne Capacity Crane for lifting materials such as DG Set/ old instrument/ scrap materialsto a minimum height of 5 metre including transportation, all tools and plants. 33 Shifting of scrap materials such as MS I beams,channels & other iron sections ,wood ,furniture,dismanteled machineries / equipments etc. material from Divyashakti Ameerpet/AMD office complex /16flats to AMD lab store at ECIL post, NFC compound (distance is 16.0km approx)including gas cutting the MS/iron items or cutting the wood into peices, shifting of materials from different floors/locations to the truck,loading, transportation, unloading, stacking complete with cost of labour, scaffolding,chainpully, tools & plants etc allas per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charges.Note: Minimum 4 labourers shall be engaged for loading and un loading each truckload apart from shifting of materials to truck.
