Replacement Of Defective Overhead Line Into Ug Cable To Power Supply From Dg Set Room To Adm Block Of 139 Bn Bsf Trehgam Under Shq Bsf Kupwara As Per Work Schedule; 1 Supplying and laying of one numberPVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE Power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following Size armoured alluminium conductor in the the existing masonry open duct/on air along the existing pole as required.(i)3.5 X 35 Sq.mm 2 Supplying and laying of one numberPVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE Power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following Size armoured alluminium conductor in the the existing masonry open duct/on air along the existing pole as required. (ii) 3.5 X 50 Sq.mm 3 Supplying and laying of one numberPVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE Power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following Size armoured alluminium conductor in the the existing masonry open duct/on air along the existing pole as required.(iii) 3.5 X 150 Sq.mm 4 Providing,installation and testing of 415 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz A.C outdoor type (water proof) Cable Junction Box of size 800mm x 800mm x 400mmdeep fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet complete with having locking arrangement and providing detachable gland plate at the bottom of the panel,earthing stud (02 Nos) complete with 400 Amps 04 Nos Aluminium bus bar R,Y,B & N (Black),with LED Pilot light (22.5 mm Dia) with protection MCBs-03 Nos suitable rating insulators ,iron duly painted with powder coated of approved colour ,brand & having 04 Nos legs (minimum height-60 mm) welded with the base made out of 50mm x 50mm x 5mm angle iron duly painted size of the Joint box to be fixed on ground with 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation etc complete as required.The direction ,size of the cable should be marked with the radium on the panel as per the direction of Engg in charge. (Joint Box should be as per design & drawing approved by Engg in charge) 5 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.(i)3.5 X 35 Sq.mm ( 32 mm) 6 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.(ii) 3.5 X 50 Sq.mm ( 35 mm ) 7 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (iii) 3.5 X 150 Sq.mm (50 mm ) 8 Providing and fixing following rating and breaking triple pole 415 VoltMCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.
