Tender For Strengthening The Mekkudi Chinnakaruppurad Colony Road; 1 Strengthening the Mekkudi Chinnakaruppur AD Colony road in Mekkudi Panchayat in Andhanallur Block.Clearing the light jungle including al labour charges for cutting, burring, buried etc. complete. 2 Picking the existing mettaled surface and sectioning including all labour charges etc, complete. 3 Collection and supply and laying of U.S.gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete. 4 Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in Subbase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. 5 Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp. 6 Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Complete 7 BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25/30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II)Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25/30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, 8 Providing and Laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per area , thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The Finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per MORT & H specfication No.803 9 Supplying and fixing Name board including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete
