Supply, Commissioning And Testing Some Important Equipments In Quality Control Electrical Lab Jaipur Division Jaipur . - Endurance testset up for MCBupto 63 Amp at rated current upto 63 A with following specification complete in all respect and as per relevent IS strandards. 1. Pneumatically operated PLC (SELEC Make) based Endurance machine to operate 3 Samples at a time ( 3 Phase Supply ) 2. 7 Inch HMI display to set required parameters like ON Time/OFF Time, Max. No. of Operation (Independent for all the 3 station) and Station selection ON/OFF (To setstation operative/idol),Feedback selection AC/By-pass (To set feedback sensingactive/ inactive i.e. without sensingfor feedback from sample). HMI display also show the current no. operation on each station. 3. Separate LED indicator for Fault like Contact Weld / Contact Open will be provided for all 3 –stations along with buzzer sound. 4. Fault Reset button will be provided to reset thefault temporarily & start the operations on that faulty sample and can be stopped through Station selection ON/OFF without disturbing the testing of other station samples. 5. Test over of all 3-Station will be indicated through buzzer sound. 6. The Equipment can test Single Pole, 2 Pole, 3Pole and 4 Pole MCB, RCCB/RCBO. 7. Load Bank of Normal Operation for carrying out testing of 3 Samples at a time at Rated Voltage 240V and at Rated current 6 A, 10 A, 16 A, 20 A, 25 A, 32 A, 40 A, 63 A. 8. Voltage will be controlled using Constant Voltage Source hence results in Constant Current. 9. Load selection & current selection is done from HMI.NO Selector switch for Voltage Selection 10. The Endurance Test equipment is capable to test samples 6 A, 10 A, 16 A, 20 A,25 A, 32 A, 40 A, 63 A.. – 3 nos with power factor 0.85 ± 0.05lag. required for Normal Operation Test. 11. Test Performed for RCCB--Endurance test at Rated Voltage -Endurance test with residual current-Push Button test 12. Multifunctional Meters will be provided to indicate the parameters set for the samples under test Voltmeter : Range : 0-600V, L.C. : 0.1V,Accuracy : 1% Ammeter : Range : 0-100A, L.C. : 0.1A, Accuracy : 1%Power factor meter : Range : 1 to -1, L.C. : 0.01 Digital Counter : 0-999999 13. The test Set-up is easy to use for various types of Samples operated at the mentioned ratingsof voltage & current.Universal fixture on which all types of MCB/RCCB can be mounted. 14. The complete Test Set up is sufficiently sturdy & powder coated to avoid rusting of the equipment. The cable of proper rating will be used for wiring. 15.
