Tender For Overhauling Of 132Kv & 33Kv Circuit Breakar At 132 Kv Substation Bhu, 132Kv Substation Cantt And 220 Kv Substation Bhelupur Under Electricity Transmission Division-I, Varanasi - Complete overhauling of 33KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers installed at 132KV S/S Cantt, BHU, 220KV SS Bhelupur Varanasi. Job Includes alignment of mechanism assembly by opening and adjusting its operating rod, holding latch and damping spring etc. Replacement of damaged washers, lock pins, small springs etc as per requirement during the work. Assembling the mechanism followed by oiling, greasing and tightening of all nuts & bolts of the mechanism box, checking & tightening of all AC/DC connections/terminals, proper checking the spring charging motor along with replacement of its carbon, removing the deposited dust/carbon on terminals by good quality CRC spray, checking the proper tripping & closing of VCB from local and remote including other associated works also if required for satisfactory completion of job. All labour, T&P and consumable items will be provided by contractor at his own cost. 2 Complete overhauling of ABB make 245 kv SF6 gas type spring operated circuit breaker. The job includes alignment of mechanism assembly by opening and adjusting its operating rod, holding latch and damping spring etc. Replacement of damaged washers & lock pins etc as per requirement during work. Assembling the mechanism followed by oiling,greasing and tightening of all nuts & bolts of mechanism box checking & tightening of all AC/DC connectors/terminals along with spring charging motor. Removing the deposited dust/carbon on terminals. checking the proper tripping & closing of CB from local and remote. Measurement ofBreaker Contact Resistance, O-C,O-C-O Timing and Dew Point of SF6 gas with suitable Test Kit. including evacuation of Gas by evacuation plant, checking of all O rings of all Point of Gas Pipe line replacement of same as required and then Refilling the gas and Monitoring for 12 Hrs for checking of Leakage of gas including recording contact resistance (CRM Test) and tripping closing time by standered equipment and other associated works also if required for satisfactory completion of job all lobour, T&P, Testing kit and consumable items will be provided by contractor at his own cost.(i) 220KV Sahupuri-Bhelupur Ckt-I at 220KV S/S Bhelupur 3 Complete overhauling of 132 kv SF6 gas type spring operated circuit breaker. The job includes alignment of mechanism assembly by opening and adjusting its operating rod, holding latch and damping spring etc. Replacement of damaged washers & lock pins etc as per requirement during work. Assembling the mechanism followed by oiling,greasing and tightening of all nuts & bolts of mechanism box checking & tightening of all AC/DC connectors/terminals along with spring charging motor. Removing the deposited dust/carbon on terminals. checking the proper tripping & closing of CB from local and remote. Replacement of control valve seal & bent O-ring, opening of anti-pumping pin assembly. Replacement of spring in anti pumping. Opening and cleaning of closing spring, schock absorber pnematic cylinder, cleaning of piston & cylinder including their assembly. Replacing of oil & O-ring. Opening and reassembling of tripping coil assembly after cleaning of its various parts including measurements of resistance, adjustmentof tripping coil gap. Checking of NRV & drain valve for SF6 gas leakage with help of soap seeds. Replacement of NRV and Drain valve. Checking of air switch i.e. governor switches low SF-6 gas pressure alarm switch including adjustment. Checking of gas density switch including all adjustment. De- rusting lubrication of horizontal rod assembly & its various linkage, cleanind of bar pin, replacement of cc clip.
