Tender For Work Of Construction Of 33 Kv Meerut Stp Bay And Other Related Misllaneous Works At 132 Kv Sub Station Sarila Under Etd Hamirpur. - Construction of 01 no. 33 KV Meerut STP Solar Bay alongwith other associated works at 132 KV S/S Sarila under ETD Hamirpur, with all cost of men, misc. materials, consumables, T&P etc. required for satisfactory completion of the work as per Technical Specification and Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below:- 3 Erection of following auxiliary structures of 33 KVbus isolator, line isolator and 03 Nos. CT for construction of 01 No. proposed 33 KV Meerut STP Solar bay at 132 KV S/S Sarila (a) 03 Nos. ABL(b) 06 Nos. ALP (C) 02 Nos. EKR(d) 01 Nos. BMR/BBR 4 Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual and technical specification including shifting of material/equipments from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 5 36 KV VCB Circuit Breaker 6 36 KV Bus Isolator without earth switch 7 36 KV Line Isolator with earth switch 8 36 KV CT 9 33 KV CT/PT Junction Box 10 33 KV PT 11 33 KV CT/PT Junction Box 12 33 KV Triple Feeder C&R Panel 13 Meter Cubicle with 02 no. ABT meters 14 Cutting,strengthening,bending,laying 600mm. below in side ground and above ground of following size of MS Flat for earthing of auxiliary structure, equipment structure and its material etc. including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed /excavation of trenches its back filling. 15 50x6mm 16 Interconnection of above equipments and bus bar including cutting, bending of Panther conductor and jumpering, clamping along with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specn. to complete the job satisfactorily. 17 Painting of earth riser and earthing flat of aboveauxiliary structures and equipments having following size by applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of bus green color of Nerolac/Berger/Asian. 18 50x6mm 19 Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various equipments/ marshalling boxes/J.B. etc. in switch yard as per cable schedule, its saddling at every 75cm. distance with Al saddles of size 25x3 mm. Size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification. 20 2Core x 2.5 sq.mm 21 4Core x 2.5 sq.mm 22 6Core x 2.5 sq.mm 23 Termination of following sizes of control cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box wherever required, providing and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules and Nos. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/Tension make and all other associated work to complete the jobs satisfactorily as per technical specification. 24 2Cx2.5 Sq. mm. Unarmoured 25 4Cx2.5 Sq. mm. Unarmoured 26 6Cx2.5 Sq. mm. Unarmoured 27 Laying the 01 Nos. 4x2.5 Sq. mm control cable for CT with provision of vermin proofing in flexible GI pipe with proper sealing at both ends. Including cost of material of pipe and otheraccessories. Separate pipe will be made in trench for each control cable. Control cable will be provided by the department as per actual consumption. 28 Laying the 01 Nos. 4x2.5 Sq. mm control cable for PT with provision of vermin proofing in flexible GI pipe with proper sealing at both ends. Including cost of material of pipe and otheraccessories. Separate pipe will be made in trench for each control cable. Control cable will be provided by the department as per actual consumption. 29 Providing & fixing workof Name Plate made of 2mm thick aluminium sheets with covering of 3HP retroreflective sheeting of size 300x150 mm plate to be fixed with the help of nuts & bolts of already installed equipment , structures as per sample, provided by department free of cost. 30 Providing & fixing of Phase Plate equipment (R,Y,B) phsemade of 2mm thick aluminium sheets with covering of 3HP retroreflective sheeting of size 5 dia plate to be fixed with the help of nuts & bolts of already installed equipment , structures as per sample, provided by department free of cost. 31 Misscellaneous work of Carriage of required materials like C&R Panel, VCB, CT/PT, Control Cable, MS Flats, MS Round Bar and other important items from different Sub-Stations under ETD Hamirpur as per requirement. 32 Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes. Taxes applicable if any to paid extra
