Tender For Construction Of 2X2 Meter 2 Cel Sherpur Panchayat Bhawan To Gangaghat Link Road Km 2 - Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawingand technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. 2 Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification 3 Plain cement concrete Grade M15 in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. 4 Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. RCC Grade M25 Using Batching Plant 5 Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-25 grade EX.cluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications 6 Supplying fitting and placing Mild bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 7 Construction of weep holes with 100mm dia AC Pipe as per direction of E/I. 8 Providing and laying granular material behind abutment and wing wall 9 Earth work in enbankment in ordinary soil icluding 1.5 meter & 30 meter lead as per S.I.253. 10 Providing and Fixing of Sign board 11 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. 12 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory rollar to achieve the desired density , complete as per clause 401 13 Providng & laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (45-63mm S.S.B.)to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing , rolling with smooth roller 80-100 KN in stage to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming , crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting to the require density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 14 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. MoRT& H Specifications 404 15 Earth work making patri both side of road. 16 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen slow setting emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per technical specification clasue 502. 17 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 18 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsionto required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheel80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 19 Providing and layingseal coat Type C using Dala stone chips passing 100% from 9.5 and retaining 100 % on2.36 mm.sieves and @ 0.65 kg / sqm. bitumin VG-10 including heating mixing laying etc. complete
