The detailed scope of work for preparation of the ‘Detailed Project Report’ shall cover dismantling of the existing lignite handling system (including conveyors, hoppers, belts, MCC & control rooms, etc.), along with the design, engineering, and integration of electrical, mechanical, and civil systems, covering timelines and costing. The study shall also comprise methodology, transportation, and cost analysis for dismantling, relocation, and reinstallation of the entire lignite handling setup at the new designated locations.
