| 1 | Construction of over head tank of capacity 200 K.L. storage capacity at 22m staging based on contractor\"s own design & drawing (bearing capacity of soil to be taken as 8 tones per sqm at 2m depth) completed with Im wide R.C.C staircase from ground level & steel ladder from balcony to top of dome. In balcony Im high G.l pipe railing over stair case, balcony and all around to dome made of three rows of 25 mm dia G.1. pipe medium class supported on.R.C.C posts or 50x50x6 mm size M.S. angle iron posts placed at suitable intervals i.e 1.25 mt. c/c or as directed by engineer in charge, supply & fixing of M.S. ladder from top of dome to inside of tank and supply & fixing 600x600 m M.S. manhole cover with locking arrangements as appd. by E/l and fixed at the top of dome and supply of all materials. Aluminum lighting conductor with extra arrangement of copper wire as per IS 3043 latest edition laid in electricity department or as per latest ISI specification. Further to provide mosquito proof ventilator of approved quality & fixing at the top of dome as per direction by E/1 further to provide water level; indicator with material and fixing them at desired level further to connect and hoist all C.I double flanged pipe specialy required for completel inlet, out let overflow & waste ort pipe arrangement with C.I double flanged pipe of the general specification providing jointing material such as rubber packing with nut bolts and fix them after embedding in the bottom of the tank from the designed depth below G.L. including fixing of sluice valve duck foot bend etc. inlet, outlet over flow and waste pipe arrangements with all fitting and to be painted with blank Japan paint. further to provide all material for supply of gate as per drawing with locking arrangements and painting with approved paint on complete structure with three coats of snowcem of approved quality. Construction of sluice valve chambers as per drawing. The rate should also include the testing of bearing capacity of soil and water tightness of tank. The bearing capacity of soil to be taken as 8.0 tonnes/sqm at 2m depth and consisting for specific load as per IS 1893-1894 to latest revised specification if any complete with all respect.Inlet pipe & out let pipe size as per hydraulic design wash out pipe 200 mm dia and over follow pipe 300mm dia double flanged C.I pipe as per jal Nigam specification including soil testing and design vetting and construction in all respect. structural design should follow the latest I\"S code seismic provisions in the structural drawing & design. Also drawing should be checked/declared through IIT/goood agencies or any other institution as per approval of E/I. |
