Tender For Annual Maintenance Work Of 130 Hectare Ash Dyke And Its Ancillary Structures For The Year2025-26 At Stps, Sarni. ; 1 Supplying stacking spreading hard stone dust of approved quality for maintaining approach road including costs towards dressing watering compaction by approved means all leads and lifts, labour, watering, T&P all taxes and royalty etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. 140.00 Cum 2 Excavation in dry wet silt of ash/earth channels down stream to discharge shafts, weir etc and other areas specified by the Engineer in charge including cost towards diversion of water, dewatering and disposal of excavated materials in near by low lying areas for all lifts and lead within 500 mtr. as per direction of Engineer in charge i/c cost of all labours loading, unloading, transportation, required T&P etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge. 500.00 Cum 3 Earth work in excavation from the approved borrow area out side the Ash dyke for borrowing selected quality of earth as approved by the Engineer-incharge i/c jungle clearance/ stripping/watering/dewatering of borrow area, loading, unloading & transportation of the suitable excavated materials to work site and depositing the same in layers with all lead and lift, breaking of clode compacting earth layer adequately to achieve dry density not less then 95% of maximum dry density i/c trimming the slope in desired line, level and grade i/c all labours materials equipments, safeguards and all other charges complete as directed by Engineer incharge. 1000.00 Cum 4 Rendering protective treatment to embankment side slope by TURFING including preparation of surface seeds and sods complete as per drawing specifications and as directed by Engineer-incharge. 2050.00 Sqm 5 Supply and repairing / maintenance forming disturbed rock toe using boulder material of sound durable adn well graded broken boulders ranging size from 100 mm to 450 mm and hand placing filling inter sites inclduing earth work in excavation if any cost of materials, royalties,all taxes transportation duties, cess labours, equipments and T&P etc with all lead and lifts as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer incharge. 110.00 Cum 6 Dry silt, clearance in channels including 50m lead and 1.50m lift. 2070.00 Cum 7 Construction / maintenance of pitching using reject coal stone including all lifts and lead upto 500 m including bund construction by placing , dressing and spreading the reject coal stone etc complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-incharge.(Reject coal stone shall be supplied by the department free of cost) 1060.00 Cum 8 Cement concrete 1:2:4 with 20mm and down graded metal. 30.00 Cum 9 Providing empty cement / fertilizer or equivalent quality of bags and filling the same with ash stitching with sutli, placing in desired position to divert the ash slurry rain water & for coffer bunding,during ash flow in main dyke, embankment filling weirs etc and also for protection of same during emergencies rates inclusive of cost of empty cement bags, excavation of ash for filling the bags, labour , T&P, consumables, transportation all leads, lift necessary safeguard etc complete as directed by the Engineer incharge. 9000.00 Nos
