    Tender For Upgradation Of Loading Of Tubs In Underground At -470 Feet Level Of Chikla Mine.; 1 Erection & Commission of Conveyor system in underground of following specification and system: Conveyor width: 700 mm, 6.0 M length Capacity: 50 TPH, Material to be handled: Manganese Speed: 1 Mtr/Min a) Conveyor structure with all system will be of Mobile type. b) Structure member: ISMC: 100x50, ISA: 65x65x6 mm. c) Conveyor shall be provided with Skirt board-2-meter length on both side. d) Belt scrapper-2 nos. will be fitted e) Conveyor will be provided with protection guard along the length on both side. f) DOL starter for 5 HP Geared Motor, Pre-start alarm, pull chord switch, belts way swath will be provided for additional safety. g) Discharge chute will be provided for tub loading. h) Conveyor belt joint will be given by crocodile clip. MOIL will supply 2 nos. of Tub Chassis for this system
