Tender For Special Repair Work Of Saraibika Nargahana Pawara Uchauran Nibhapur Kabirpur Road Km 2 To 5(200) In Distt - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. MoRT& H Specifications 404 (G-3) Including all materials, T&P, Labour cess etc but Excluding GST. 2 Providing and applying primer coat with SS2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means Including all materials, T&P, Labour cess emulsion etc but Excluding GST. 3 Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen sprayer at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned by mechanical broom Including all materials, T&P, Labour cess bitumen etc but Excluding GST. 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 5.6 mm aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less then 200 tonne per hour laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades Including all materials, T&P, Labour cess bitumen etc but Excluding GST. 5 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a Bituminous surface laid to the specified level grade and cross fall using Type B seal coat Including all materials, T&P, Labour cess bitumen etc but Excluding GST. 6 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement to Table 300-2 (without lead) Including all materials, T&P, Labour cess etc but Excluding GST.
